Yushun Aji-Kiri (Ko-Deba) Knife

The Aji-Kiri is a small Deba-style Japanese knife designed for cleaning and filleting small fish. Its compact size offers excellent control, making it easy to handle even in a home kitchen.

This knife is double-edged. There are light scuff marks from use, and it features a traditional kurouchi finish. The handle appears to have been replaced and is in very clean condition.

This double-edged Hagane steel knife offers excellent sharpness and can be resharpened repeatedly for long-term use. Its compact Deba profile is especially practical for preparing small fish such as horse mackerel, making it a useful tool for everyday Japanese fish preparation.

It has been sharpened and is ready for immediate use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engravings "特撰" (Tokusen) and "優駿" (Yushun).
