The Santoku is a multi-purpose Japanese knife for slicing meat, fish, and vegetables. This is a brand-new item that has been lightly sharpened and honed to protect its finish.

This double-edged knife is made with laminated steel, balancing sharpness and durability.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "登録" (Registered), "堺一成作" (Sakai Kazunari), and "本割込" (Laminated Steel).
