Masamoto Unagi-Saki Knife

The Unagi-Saki is a specialized knife for preparing eel, with regional variations designed for different cutting styles such as belly or back splitting.

This knife is single-beveled and made from high-carbon steel, offering excellent sharpness.

It shows minimal signs of use. Some patina is present but shallow, and overall condition is excellent.

It has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "登録" (Registered), "正本" (Masamoto), and "秀" (Shu), along with a personal name.

A rare and refined tool from Masamoto—ideal for precision eel preparation in both home and professional kitchens.
