The Takobiki is a sashimi knife favored in Kanto, ideal for long, clean slices. This unused, beautifully preserved piece shows only light storage wear. Made from single-edged high-carbon steel, it is razor-sharp and graceful.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the engraving "長光" (Nagamitsu).
