Masahiro Gyuto Knife MSC450
The Gyuto is a Western-style Japanese chef’s knife ideal for slicing meat, fish, and vegetables with precision.
This knife is double-edged and made from high-carbon steel, offering excellent sharpness.
There is some patina typical of high-carbon steel, but the blade edge shines bright silver and remains sharp.
It has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the marking "MSC450" along with an embedded Masahiro brand medallion in the handle.
