Noshu Masamune Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba is designed for clean, elegant sashimi slicing. This stainless steel version shows minor patina but maintains a bright, sharp edge. Its corrosion-resistant steel makes it easy to maintain for home and professional chefs alike.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "濃州正宗作" (Noshu Masamune Saku).
