The Tako-Hiki is a Japanese slicing knife similar to the Yanagiba, featuring a straighter edge suited for sashimi preparation. This 310mm high-carbon steel knife has been well-maintained and is in excellent condition. Its long, straight blade offers exceptional control for slicing octopus and delicate fish with minimal tearing.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features engravings "登録" (Registered) and "正本" (Masamoto), with the brand also engraved on the handle end.
