The Deba is a traditional Japanese knife designed for filleting fish, with a thick blade that can handle bones and heads. This 165mm Deba knife from the Kiya brand shows very little sign of use and offers professional-grade quality.

It is single-beveled and made from high-carbon steel, offering excellent sharpness.

It has been professionally sharpened and is ready to use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening service.

It features the engravings "義久" (Yoshihisa) and "木屋" (Kiya).

A refined choice from Kiya for those seeking precision and traditional feel in fish preparation.
