Sakai Narimitsu Deba Knife

The Deba knife by Sakai Narimitsu is a traditional Japanese blade for butchering fish. Its heavy and thick profile allows it to cut through bones cleanly.

There’s a rust-related hole near the heel, but it can be sharpened away. Some prefer the heel to be non-cutting, making this a great value.
It has been sharpened and is ready to use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

This single-edged knife is made from high-carbon steel, ensuring a sharp and durable edge.

It features engravings "堺成光作" (Sakai Narimitsu) and "特製" (Special Grade), with a branded handle.

An excellent entry point for traditional fish butchery, combining power and value.
