Nara Kikuichi Santoku Knife

The Santoku is a popular multipurpose knife ideal for meat, fish, and vegetables. This piece, bearing a custom name engraving, remains clean and ready for continued use.

It is double-beveled and made from laminated stainless steel, combining ease of sharpening with rust resistance.

It has been professionally sharpened and is ready to use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening service.

It features the engravings "奈良菊一作" (Nara Kikuichi), along with markings for stainless steel and honwarikomi construction.
