Maruo Aji-Kiri Knife

The Ko-Deba, often referred to as an Aji-Kiri, is a small, sturdy knife ideal for preparing small fish. This piece features a well-preserved black-forged finish and shows minimal signs of use.

Made from single-beveled high-carbon steel, it delivers impressive sharpness in a compact 100mm blade, perfect for delicate fish work.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "丸雄" (Maruo).
