This deba knife appears to have been rarely used, showing minimal signs of wear and remaining in excellent condition.

The deba knife is a traditional Japanese knife designed for filleting fish, featuring a thick and sturdy blade. With a blade length of 180mm, it is well-suited for processing larger fish.

This knife is single-edged and made of high-carbon steel, providing excellent sharpness.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "義友作" (Yoshitomosaku). The handle end is marked "180mm," and the original sticker remains intact on the handle.
