Masamoto Tsuke Knife
This is a specialized tsuke knife with no blade edge, traditionally used by craftsmen such as kamaboko (fish cake) makers. It has a unique function different from regular kitchen knives.
This knife is made of high-carbon steel and features a water buffalo handle, giving it the dignified appearance of a traditional craftsman’s tool.
It features engravings "正本" (Masamoto) and "秀" (Shu).
