Marumitsu Nakiri Knife

The Nakiri is a traditional Japanese vegetable knife with a straight edge, ideal for cleanly slicing leafy greens and root vegetables. This particular knife is double-edged, making it easy to handle for both right- and left-handed users.

Crafted from high-carbon steel, it offers excellent sharpness. Some light patina is visible due to the nature of the steel, but it does not affect performance. Though the primary brand engraving is no longer visible, the blade retains a clean and refined profile.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "手打" (Hand Forged), "丸光" (Marumitsu), and "特製" (Specially Made).

A great choice for cooks who prioritize precision and traditional aesthetics in vegetable preparation.
