Motoyoshi Deba Knife

The Deba is a heavy-duty Japanese knife designed for processing fish, with a thick spine ideal for cutting through bones. This knife shows almost no signs of use and still has its original sticker. A few dark spots are visible from storage, but overall it's in excellent condition and ready to serve for years.

Made from high-carbon steel with a single bevel, it boasts sharp and powerful cutting ability.

It has been professionally sharpened and is ready for immediate use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening service.

It features engravings "登録" (Registered), "元義" (Motoyoshi), and "手打" (Hand-Forged). The handle bears a branded mark and a quality assurance sticker.
