Masakame Gyuto Knife

The Gyuto is a versatile Western-style Japanese chef's knife suitable for meat, fish, and vegetables. This particular knife has a slim silhouette that also makes it ideal as a slicer (Sujihiki). Its elegant form and excellent maintenance history suggest it was used with great care.

Made from high-carbon steel with a double bevel, it delivers outstanding sharpness.

It has been professionally sharpened and is ready for immediate use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening service.

It features engravings "登録" (Registered) and "正亀" (Masakame).
