Masahisa Funayuki Knife
The Funayuki is a lightweight, versatile fish-prep knife often used as an Ai-Deba. It’s thinner and narrower than a standard Deba, making it easier to handle for detailed work like filleting.
This black-forged knife is made from single-beveled high-carbon steel, known for its sharpness and resilience. It features a metal bolster, which is slightly loose but does not impact usability. A well-maintained and clean piece overall.

It features the engraving "正久" (Masahisa), with the brand's hot stamp on the handle.
