Sakai Sadamine Yanagiba Knife

This is a Yanagiba knife, perfect for slicing sashimi. The blade has some typical high-carbon darkening, but the edge remains beautifully silver. A compact, nimble knife ideal for beginners or home use, and could also serve as a long petty knife.

This is a single-bevel high-carbon steel knife, prized for its sharpness.

It has been sharpened and is ready to use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "堺貞峰" (Sakai Sadamine).

Its size and versatility make it a great introduction to Yanagiba knives.
