This knife is single-beveled and made from high-carbon Japanese steel, delivering sharp, precise cuts.

There is slight natural patina, but the edge remains bright and sharp.

It has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "登録商標" (Registered Trademark), "正広作" (Masahiro), and "日本鋼" (Japanese Steel).
