This black-forged knife features a double-edged blade made from high-carbon steel, offering excellent sharpness.
It has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features engravings "木谷" (Kitani) and "特製" (Special Make). The handle also bears a branded burn mark.
