Nasu-Marked Unagi-Saki Knife (Nagoya Style)

The Unagi-Saki knife varies in shape by region; this Nagoya-style knife features a straight blade profile ideal for clean, smooth cuts.

This piece is crafted from high-carbon steel with a single-beveled edge, ensuring excellent sharpness.

It features a beautiful hammered finish and was originally sharpened, though our store did not resharpen it. Still, the edge seems to retain a good level of sharpness.

It features the "茄子" (Nasu) logo and other engravings. The handle also has a branded burn mark.

This artisan-style eel knife with hammered texture offers both form and function—an eye-catching and capable tool for any kitchen.
