Kikuyoshi Usuba Knife

The Usuba is a specialized Japanese knife for delicate vegetable work, such as katsuramuki (rotary peeling) or decorative cuts. Its thin, single-edged blade provides precise and clean slicing.

This knife is made from high-carbon steel and has a sharp edge ideal for fine work. There are some signs of use and storage, such as dark spots, but it remains highly functional.

The knife has been professionally sharpened and is ready for immediate use. Please take care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "菊良之作" (Kikuyoshi no Saku) and "堺鶴一作" (Sakai Tsuruichi Saku).

A great choice for those seeking a precision tool for vegetable prep. Its traditional craftsmanship ensures excellent performance even with visible signs of age.
