Masamoto Sohonten Yanagiba Knife
The Yanagiba Knife is a sashimi knife designed for precise slicing, producing beautiful cuts. Previously used by a professional, this high-carbon steel knife retains excellent sharpness.
The blade length has been reduced to 215mm due to maintenance, making it ideal for home use when preparing sashimi from fish blocks. The blade features faint engravings of "Registered," "Masamoto," and "Sohonten" due to wear from sharpening.
