Monzaburo Tako-Hiki Knife

The Tako-Hiki is a long, slender sashimi knife popular in Eastern Japan. Compared to the Yanagiba, it offers a more linear edge for ultra-clean slicing of raw fish.

This single-beveled high-carbon steel knife delivers excellent sharpness. It has a blade length of 335mm, making it a professional-grade choice with minimal signs of use.

Sharpened and ready to use right away. Please handle carefully when unpacking. Price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "東京" (Tokyo), "紋三郎" (Monzaburo), and "誠" (Makoto).

With its impressive length and clean construction, this knife offers the precision and elegance required for superior sashimi slicing. A top-tier tool for dedicated chefs.
