Made from high-carbon steel with a double bevel, it offers excellent cutting performance.
It has been professionally sharpened and is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening service.
Engravings include "日本橋" (Nihonbashi), "木屋" (Kiya), "EU鋼" (EU Steel), "本鍛造" (Forged), and "#6." The original sticker is still on the handle.
