Sakusaku Santoku Knife

The santoku knife is a versatile all-purpose knife suitable for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables. With a shape somewhat similar to a gyuto, it offers flexibility for various cutting techniques.

This knife is double-edged and made of stainless steel, ensuring rust resistance and easy maintenance. It features a uniquely shaped handle for a distinctive grip.

There are some hammer marks on the spine. The price reflects this imperfection, making it a great deal for those who don’t mind minor cosmetic flaws. Functionally, it remains in excellent working condition.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "登録商標" (Registered Trademark), "三元刃" (Sangenba), "さくさく" (Sakusaku), and "PAT."
