Kanemoto Gyuto Knife

This gyuto knife features a hon-warikomi (true-clad) construction with high-carbon steel, ensuring outstanding sharpness while remaining relatively easy to maintain. The steel extends to the spine, making it a long-lasting and durable knife.

The gyuto is an all-purpose knife suitable for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables. Its long blade allows for smooth slicing, making it a favorite in professional kitchens.

This knife is double-edged with a hon-warikomi construction, combining exceptional sharpness and durability.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
