Minamoto Sukehisa Gyuto Knife
The Gyuto, a multipurpose chef's knife, is ideal for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables. Its design combines a straight blade profile with lightweight handling, making it versatile even for light bone trimming.
This double-edged knife is crafted from high-carbon steel, showcasing excellent sharpness. While the blade exhibits some patina typical of high-carbon steel, the cutting edge reveals a clean, bright silver finish.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features engravings "登録" (Registered) and "源助久" (Minamoto Sukehisa).
