This hagane (carbon steel) knife is made with Japanese steel, offering excellent sharpness and long-lasting durability.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the engravings "堺菊守" (Sakai Kikukomori) and "日本鋼" (Japanese steel). Comes with a box.
