Sekimagoroku Yanagiba Knife
The Yanagiba knife is used for slicing sashimi and other delicate cuts of fish. This is a single-edged blade made of hagane (carbon steel), offering excellent sharpness.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the engravings "関孫六" (Sekimagoroku) and "竹" (Take).
