Kiyotsuna Nakiri Knife

The Nakiri knife is a traditional Japanese knife, ideal for cutting vegetables. This is a double-edged blade.

Made with a warikomi (3-layered) construction, the knife is sharp and resistant to rust.

This knife features a stylish reddish-brown collar, adding a touch of elegance to its design.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engravings "清綱上作" (Kiyotsuna Johsaku), "複合ステンレス” (Composite Stainless Steel), and "本鍛造" (Hon-Tanzou). The handle retains its original sticker.
