The Tako-hiki knife is a traditional Japanese knife used for slicing sashimi.
This single-edged blade is made of hagane (carbon steel) and offers exceptional sharpness.
It is a lightweight, thin knife that has been carefully maintained, making it suitable for slicing sashimi, block-cutting (saku-dori), and thin-slicing. The knife is easy to handle and perfect for delicate work.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
