The Mukimono knife is a traditional Japanese single-bevel knife used for peeling vegetables and fruits. Its diamond-shaped blade tip is ideal for delicate and precise work.

Made from carbon steel, this knife offers exceptional sharpness. Its single-bevel design makes it perfect for intricate peeling tasks.

The knife has been sharpened, so it’s ready to use immediately. Please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

This knife features the engravings "特製" (Specially Made) and "有次" (Aritsugu).
