This is a gyuto knife by Seki Magoroku.
The gyuto is a versatile chef’s knife suitable for meat, fish, and vegetables. This is a dependable Seki Magoroku Shoso model, said to be one of the best-selling lines in Japan. Its all-stainless construction makes it easy to clean and comfortable to handle.
This knife is double-edged and made of stainless steel, so it is rust-resistant and easy to maintain.
An easy-care gyuto with a practical modern design, suitable for both home cooks and professional daily prep.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the engravings "関孫六" (Seki Magoroku) and "匠創" (Shoso), though part of the marking has become faint from maintenance.
