The Gyuto is a versatile Japanese chef’s knife suitable for cutting meat as well as handling vegetables and fish. This Tojiro brand Gyuto has been used while being properly maintained. The markings have become slightly faint from maintenance, which is reflected in the price. It remains a great value for those who do not mind this and would like to continue putting it to good use.

This knife is double-edged and made of stainless steel, making it rust-resistant and easy to maintain. It features a laminated steel construction using Swedish steel.

Professionally sharpened and ready to use. Sharpening service is included in the price. Please handle with care when unpacking.
