Naosumi Gyuto Knife

The Gyuto is a Western-style all-purpose knife, ideal for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables. This is a double-edged blade.

Made from carbon steel (Hagane), it boasts exceptional sharpness.

There is some blackening from age, but the cutting edge reveals a clean, silver finish, making it fully functional and ready for use.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

This knife features the engravings "登録" (Registered), "直澄作" (Naosumi), and "別上" (Superior Quality).
