Nameless Gyuto Knife

The engraving on this Gyuto has unfortunately faded, but it remains a versatile chef’s knife traditionally used in the West for slicing meat, fish, and vegetables. This particular Gyuto is made of stainless steel and features a dimpled surface for easier food release.

It is a double-edged knife, and the stainless steel material ensures easy maintenance.

While the maker's mark has worn off, this knife is likely of high quality, possibly from a reputable brand like Sakai Ichimonji Mitsuhide's SWORD or something of comparable craftsmanship. It was acquired alongside knives from renowned brands like Sakai Takayuki and Sakai Ichimonji Ippei, but since the engraving is gone, we're offering it at a lower price.

Considering the excellent sharpening and condition, this Gyuto is a great deal for the price.
