Glestain Boning Knife

The Boning Knife is designed to cleanly separate meat from bones, tendons, and fat. This Glestain boning knife appears to have seen very little use. It is sharpened at a 90:10 ratio, which is a common configuration for Glestain knives, as they rarely produce completely single- or double-beveled blades.

This knife is single-beveled and made of stainless steel, offering excellent rust resistance and easy maintenance. The dimpled blade design helps prevent food from sticking.

It has been professionally sharpened and is ready for immediate use upon arrival. Please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features Glestain's logo and engravings.
