Masamoto Hamo-Kiri Knife

The Hamo-Kiri knife is a specialized Japanese knife for preparing hamo (pike conger). Its sharp edge and heavy construction allow for precise bone-cutting, creating the perfect texture for hamo dishes.

This knife is single-edged and made of high-carbon steel, ensuring excellent sharpness. It is in near-unused condition, with only minor discoloration from storage.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "登録" (Registered), "正本" (Masamoto), and "秀" (Shu). The handle end bears the name "秀吉" (Hideyoshi). A wooden sheath is included.
