Minamoto Kanemasa Sujihiki Knife

The Sujihiki knife is specifically designed for slicing meat and filleting fish with precision. Its slender and lightweight design also makes it suitable for preparing sashimi.

This double-edged knife is made of high-carbon steel, ensuring excellent sharpness. Its fine balance and thin profile provide ease of use and accuracy.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "登録" (Registered), "源兼正" (Minamoto Kanemasa), and "2N." The handle retains its original stickers.
