The Takohiki knife is a traditional Japanese knife used for beautifully slicing sashimi. Its blunt tip design ensures safety in handling.

This single-edged, high-carbon steel knife boasts the superior sharpness characteristic of the KIYA brand. With a blade length of 215mm, this knife is manageable for home use, ideal for preparing sashimi from whole fillets.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engravings "木屋" (KIYA) and the Izutsuki KIYA logo.
