The Yanagiba knife is a single-edged Japanese knife designed for beautifully slicing sashimi.

Made of high-carbon steel, this knife provides outstanding sharpness.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engravings "特製" (Special), "登録商標" (Registered Trademark), and "源正房" (Gen Masafusa). The water buffalo handle is a beautiful detail of this knife.
