Yanagiba Knife by Misuzu Saku

The Yanagiba is a Japanese knife designed for slicing sashimi with precision and elegance. Its long, slender blade ensures smooth and beautiful cuts.

This double-edged knife features stainless steel with a seiko warikomi (stainless-clad core) construction, providing excellent sharpness and rust resistance. With a blade length of approximately 20cm, it is ideal for home use, allowing you to enjoy preparing sashimi from fish blocks.

The knife is an unused stored item but may show minor storage or sharpening marks. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engravings "三寿ゞ作" (Misuzu Saku), "ステンレス地" (Stainless Steel), and "正鋼割込" (Seiko Warikomi).
