Usuba Knife by Masamoto

The Usuba is a Japanese knife used for precise vegetable cutting, also popular as a nakiri knife.

This single-edged knife is made of high-carbon steel and is larger, making it ideal for efficiently cutting large quantities of vegetables.

The water buffalo horn ferrule shows minor insect damage, and the blade has some darkening, but the edge is clean and sharp. These imperfections are reflected in the price, making it a great value for those who don’t mind these cosmetic issues.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engravings "登録" (Registered) and "正本" (Masamoto).
