The Usuba is a single-edged Japanese knife primarily used for vegetables, making it ideal for tasks like Katsuramuki (thin slicing of daikon radish).

Made from carbon steel, it offers exceptional sharpness.

The knife has been sharpened and is ready for immediate use upon arrival. Please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

This knife features the engravings "登録" (Registered), "秀吉" (Hideyoshi), and "義成" (Yoshinari).
