Yasuyuki Sujihiki Knife

The Sujihiki knife is slimmer than a Gyuto, making it ideal for slicing meat and other ingredients, which is why it’s often called a slicer. It is lighter than a Gyuto, so it can actually be used as a versatile all-purpose knife. If you’re looking for a larger knife for home use, this is a great option.

There is a name engraved on the bolster. This has been factored into the price, making it a good deal for those who don’t mind this detail.

The knife has been sharpened, so it cuts well and is ready to use. Please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

This knife features the engravings "手打" (Hand-forged), "康之" (Yasuyuki), and "INOX."
