Tsukiji Masamoto Ajikiri Knife
The Ajikiri knife is particularly useful for filleting small fish such as aji. This knife features a white water buffalo handle, providing a solid grip.
It is a single-beveled knife made of carbon steel (hagane), ensuring excellent sharpness.
The knife comes with a wooden sheath, making it convenient for storage and transportation.
The knife has been sharpened, so it’s ready to use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the registered engravings "築正本" (Tsukiji Masamoto) and "秀" (Shu). The butt of the handle also has the inscription "秀正" (Hidemasa).
