Toki Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba is the most common knife used for slicing sashimi. With a blade length of 22.5cm, or approximately 7.5 inches, this knife is easy to handle, making it ideal for home use, whether you're preparing sashimi or slicing fish fillets. Made of stainless steel, it is also easy to maintain.

The knife has been sharpened, so it cuts well and is ready to use immediately. Please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

This knife features the engravings "特殊鋼" (Special Steel) and "朱鷺" (Toki).
