Sukenari Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba knife is the most common type of knife for slicing sashimi.
This knife has been well cared for and appears to have been used carefully. It shows no signs of heavy use or abuse. The blade has been beautifully sharpened and maintained.

The water buffalo handle is particularly beautiful, indicating that this Yanagiba knife still has plenty of life left. The blade length exceeds 30 cm, making it a fine example of a Yanagiba knife.

The knife has been sharpened, so it cuts well and is ready to use. However, please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

This knife features the engraving "祐成" (Sukenari).
