Suishin Sujihiki Knife

This knife features the "SUISIN" engraving.

Made of stainless steel, it is easy to maintain. It has been sharpened on one side, and the final sharpening has been done in the same manner.

Suishin knives have appeared on the popular YouTube channel of Kimagure Cook.

The knife has been sharpened, so it cuts well and is ready to use. However, please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

This knife features the engravings "SUISIN" and "INOX240". The character "はや" (Haya) can be seen on the ferrule.
